Many people when prepare for IAS exam study ethics for General Studies Paper IV and do score good marks to become IAS officers. But in due time, some of these Officers who otherwise have scored top marks in ethics become corrupt and start accumulating money & property for their own benefit.

Now general public might show respect to that corrupt officer but due to fear only , not from their heart. After retirement or if they are caught ,they will loose their respect completely.

A person who uses wisdom in his/her life for betterment of society is a sign of strong Jupiter.

For example, Our late president Dr APJ Abdul Kalam. Even when he was president, during the spare time he used to teach children. After his presidential tenure, when his luggage was to be moved out from Rashtrapati Bhavan, you would be amazed to know that it was mostly books.

After his death , his wealth included only few clothes ,lot of books and one flat (which he donated for the development of his village). In this case, people respect this person by their hearts and not by any fear. He is still alive in the hearts of the people of India as a dignified person even after his death.

This is the sign of Real Strong Jupiter. The respect in the society. Not by fear , but from Heart.
